Ad farinam, tere 3 lutea cum saccharo 0,5, adde butyrum emollitum, cremorem acidum, sal, nitrum et 2 cyathos farinae (farinam tuis manibus non haerere). Farinam (in armario ponere potes) et impletionem praepara. Poma cortices et in segmentis semicircularibus concidit. Tere casam casei cum 1/3 calice saccharo et 1 vitello. Nunc massam eximam, 1-2 cm in crassitudinem devolvunt (ut lubet), linteolo imposito, caseum casalem superpone, poma casulae pone, et cinnamomum sparge. Pone in clibano super calorem medium pro 30-40 minutis. Hoc tempore, 4 sciuri cum saccharo 2 poculis percutere. Libum fere perfectum eximitur, meringue verberibus impleat et in furno reponat donec plene coquatur.
