In fine coctionis, butyrum in aurem ponitur. Olera minutatim concisae, serviuntur ad pulmentum piscium separatim. Cum massa coquendi pulmentum piscium separatim coquitur et relinquatur. Pisces pulmentum sine oleo coqui possunt. Praeparari potest ex uno pilo pertica vel burboto, vel ex siluro, pilo, salmo, cyprino, cyprino, respective, crescentibus impositione piscium.
